Flame Cutting
Flame cutting utilizes a chemical reaction between oxygen and the base metal at elevated temperatures to cut steel. By combining pure oxygen with propane as a fuel gas, this method produces a clean and precise cut. However, it can create a heat-affected zone around the edges, which may necessitate additional machining in some applications.
Our multi-head cutting machines accommodate both individual and high-volume production runs. With fully computerized CAD-CAM software, we ensure maximum efficiency in the manufacturing process.
Bring to the table win-win survival strategies to ensure proactive domination. At the end of the day, going forward, a new normal that has evolved from generation X is on the runway heading towards a streamlined cloud solution.
- Materials: Carbon, stainless, and alloy steels
- Cutting Range: 6mm to 170mm thick (thicker materials available upon request)
- Cutting Area: Minimum of 50mm

Welding Techniques
- SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding)
- Commonly known as stick welding, SMAW is widely used in construction, steel fabrication, pipeline work, and heavy equipment repair.
- GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding)
- Also known as MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding, this technique uses a consumable solid wire electrode that is continuously fed through the welding gun. Our MIG welding machines accommodate various sizes and gauges of welding wire.
- GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)
- Known as TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, GTAW employs an external rod instead of a consumable electrode to create the molten metal for welding. This method is valued for its precision and control.
