In the production of welded pipes, we utilize the strip or plate rolling method, followed by HF welding or submerged arc welding to join the tube to the steel pipes. Our welded pipe making machine consists of an uncoiler, leveling machine, butt welder, loop, straightening machine, and high-frequency equipment. This state-of-the-art production line, along with each individual unit, is not only cost-effective but also practical. One of our notable advancements is the adoption of ZTF (Zero Tooling Factory) technology in our round pipe production. By implementing this technology, our customers can reduce tooling expenses by an impressive 70%. Our manufacturing processes are designed to ensure the highest quality and efficiency. We employ the continuous mandrel rolling process and the push bench process for sizes ranging from approximately 21mm to 178mm in outside diameter. For sizes ranging from approximately 140mm to 406mm in outside diameter, we utilize the multi-stand plug mill (MPM) with controlled floating mandrel bar and the plug mill process. Additionally, we employ the cross roll piercing and pilger rolling process for sizes ranging from approximately 10.3mm to 812mm (1/8″ to 32″) in outside diameter. These advanced processes guarantee the precision and durability of our steel pipes.
